Shipping policy
We make in small batches, by hand, in India. Please give your order the same patience we gave the making of it.
Processing time
Every piece is inspected, folded, and packaged by hand before it leaves us. Allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships. During a new drop, this can extend to 5 days and we will never rush a finish to meet a delivery date.
Within India
- Standard shipping: 3-6 business days after processing
- Free delivery on orders above ₹4,000
- Flat ₹150 below that threshold
Rest of the world
- International shipping: 7-14 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs
- Calculated at checkout based on weight and region
- Import duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost we are unable to predict or cover these, as they are set by your country, not by us
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, check your spam folder before writing to us we're a small team and would rather you find it there than wait on a reply.
A note on delays
We work with artisans, not factories. Occasionally, a piece may take longer than expected because the person making it is doing it right, not fast. If a delay affects your order meaningfully, we will always tell you before you have to ask.
